Soirè Mojito
Heritage meets modern clarity.
Ingredients:
2 oz SOIRÉ Blanco
8–10 fresh mint leaves
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
1–2 dashes Angostura bitters
Club soda to top
Garnish: Mint sprig and lime wheel
Preparation:
In a chilled highball or Collins glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice + simple syrup.
Avoid over-muddling - release the oils, don’t shred the leaves.
Fill the glass with crushed ice + add SOIRÉ Blanco and bitters.
Top with club soda and stir gently to integrate.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig (slap it once to awaken the aroma) and a lime wheel.
Notes:
The bitters are optional but elevate the mojito, adding spice and balance.
The key is restraint: one or two dashes at most.
Always use fresh lime juice and crushed ice for an authentic result.
