SSOIRÉ begins in the sun-drenched fields of the Caribbean, where sugarcane is hand-harvested and pressed to extract its rich, bold juice. These rums are distilled and matured in oak before being charcoal-filtered and balanced into our signature blend.
The blend is a precise mix: a 2–5 year aged white rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, layered with an unaged column still rum from Barbados. Each element brings clarity, smoothness, and depth.
The taste is refined yet versatile – crisp fruit, subtle spice, and an ultra-smooth finish that elevates every pour, neat or mixed.
