
Caribe Russian
An indulgent twist on the White Russian, finished with tiramisu cream.
Ingredients:
2 oz SOIRÉ Blanco
1 oz fresh espresso (cooled)
0.75 oz coffee liqueur
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Tiramisu Whip (recipe below)
Garnish: Cocoa powder + chocolate stick or shaved dark chocolate
Preparation:
In a shaker tin filled with ice, add SOIRÉ Blanco, espresso, coffee liqueur + chocolate bitters.
Shake until well-chilled and the outside of the tin frosts.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Gently float a generous layer of Tiramisu Whip on top.
Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with a chocolate stick or dark chocolate shavings.
Tiramisu Whip:
1 oz mascarpone cheese
1.5 oz heavy cream
0.5 oz powdered sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in a chilled bowl.
2. Whip (by hand whisk or electric mixer) until thick but soft enough to float.
Notes:
This is an indulgent cocktail, not a quick pour. The mascarpone whip transforms it into a dessert-like experience. Keep the base spirit cold, the whip airy, and serve immediately for the best balance of texture and flavor.
