ENTERING CONTROL STATES

Ohio isn’t a footnote for us.
It’s one of the largest and most underestimated spirits markets in the country, a state where people actually drink what they buy, where bars move real volume, and where brands don’t survive on aesthetics alone.
They survive on being good.
That’s exactly why it’s our first control state.
In 2026, SOIRÉ Blanco will be submitted to OHLQ as part of our next phase of expansion, not as a formality, but as a statement of intent.
Control states are where brands either become real or get exposed. Everything is evaluated, from the liquid and the pricing to the operation and the long-term plan, and there is no hiding behind marketing.
Ohio is also a state we understand. It’s one of the places our roots live, but more importantly, it’s a market that rewards consistency over noise and quality over hype. This is the kind of place where you build something durable.
We’re not entering Ohio to simply be available. We’re entering to be present, to earn meaningful placements, to build real relationships, and to become a repeat pour.
If SOIRÉ is going to become a modern standard for rum, it has to work in markets like this, not just in coastal bubbles or trend-driven cities.
2026 is about expansion with intent.
Focusing on fewer markets with greater depth + real scale over chasing brief presence.
