THE PROCESS

SOIRÉ begins with the careful selection of the finest sugar cane, grown in the rich, sun-drenched fields of the Caribbean.
Once harvested at peak ripeness, the cane is gently pressed to
extract its rich, flavorful juice.
This juice is then distilled in small batches, using both column still and
pot still methods to enhance complexity and character.
Our master blenders expertly combine these distillates,
crafting a perfectly balanced rum.
The rum is then charcoal-filtered to achieve a level of clarity
and smoothness that defines SOIRÉ.
