THE PRODUCT

Our debut bottle, SOIRÉ Blanco, is a limited drop of 2,400 bottles.
The blend is produced in partnership with E&A Scheer, the most respected rum blending house in the world.

It features:

  • Aged rum from Trinidad and the DR, up to 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels

  • Bright unaged column-still rum from Barbados

  • No additives, ever

  • Charcoal-filtered for clarity

  • Bottled in Miami

  • NFC tech embedded in every base for verification and future digital utility

It’s already won Double Gold at the 2025 SIP Awards - for both taste and design.
