What is SOIRÉ?
SOIRÉ is a spirits house for a new generation. We started with rum—one of the world’s most storied spirits—reimagined through a contemporary point of view.

What is SOIRÉ Blanco?
SOIRÉ Blanco is our first expression. Batch 001 brings together unaged Barbados rum with aged rums from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, matured for two to five years and charcoal-filtered for clarity.
The result is a clean, layered blanco made to drink beautifully on its own or in a cocktail.
Why rum?
Because rum deserves another chapter. It has centuries of history, remarkable diversity, and some of the most interesting liquid in spirits—yet much of its modern identity remains stuck in the past.
SOIRÉ was created to explore what rum can look, taste, and feel like now.
What does additive-free mean?
We do not add sugar, flavoring, coloring, or other additives to change the character of the finished spirit.
What you taste comes from the rum, the blend, and the decisions made along the way.
Where does SOIRÉ come from?
Batch 001 brings together rum from Barbados, Trinidad, and the Dominican Republic.
Rather than defining SOIRÉ by a single island or tradition, we select components for what they contribute to the final liquid, then bring them together as one expression.
How should I drink SOIRÉ?
Pour it neat, over a large cube, in a highball, or into a classic rum cocktail. SOIRÉ Blanco is structured enough to stand on its own and clean enough to mix without disappearing.
What is Batch 001?
Batch 001 is the first release of SOIRÉ Blanco and the first entry in the SOIRÉ archive.
Each bottle is individually numbered and connected to its own digital identity—made to be opened, shared, remembered, or collected.
What is SOIRÉ World?
SOIRÉ World is everything around the bottle: the people, places, gatherings, ideas, collaborations, and stories that give the brand a life beyond the liquid.
Consider it our ongoing record of good taste.
