Every bottle of SOIRÉ Blanco begins in the Caribbean. Cane is hand-harvested, pressed, and transformed into rich molasses that forms the base of our blend.
Our rums are aged up to five years in ex-bourbon barrels from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, then brightened with fresh column-still rum from Barbados. Each layer is chosen with intent, bringing depth, clarity, and balance.
The blend is charcoal-filtered for flawless smoothness, resulting in a profile that is crisp, clean, and quietly complex. Notes of tropical fruit, a touch of vanilla, and a refined finish make it as effortless in a cocktail as it is unforgettable on its own.
