SOIRÉ is developed in partnership with E&A Scheer, established in 1712.
They operate differently than most. Not as a single distillery, but at the center of the category, sourcing and blending rum from across the Caribbean.
A large part of the industry runs through them.

We begin with distillates that are already aged, already structured, already proven, then bring them into alignment through selection and blending.

SOIRÉ Blanco is shaped by E&A Scheer, the world’s most renowned rum house. Since 1712 they have refined the art of sourcing, aging, and blending the Caribbean’s finest rums.
Our blend unites Trinidad’s depth, the Dominican Republic’s clarity, and Barbados’ vibrant character. Guided by Scheer’s master blenders, each element finds its balance in a spirit that carries three centuries of expertise with a vision for today.

The Process
THE PROCESS
1. DEVELOP
The profile was defined through extensive sampling and refinement, establishing the exact balance, structure, and finish that defines SOIRÉ Blanco.
2. SOURCE
A multi-origin Caribbean blend from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, and Trinidad, combining unaged rum with 2–3 year and up to 5 year aged components, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and selected to align with the final profile.
3. BLEND
The components are brought together to replicate that profile with consistency, maintaining the intended balance in every batch.
4. REFINE
Charcoal filtration is applied to polish the liquid, enhancing clarity and smoothness while preserving its character.
5. BOTTLE
Finished and bottled without additives, preserving the integrity of the blend exactly as designed.
Every bottle of SOIRÉ Blanco begins in the Caribbean. Cane is hand-harvested, pressed, and transformed into rich molasses that forms the base of our blend.
Our rums are aged up to five years in ex-bourbon barrels from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, then brightened with fresh column-still rum from Barbados. Each layer is chosen with intent, bringing depth, clarity, and balance.
The blend is charcoal-filtered for flawless smoothness, resulting in a profile that is crisp, clean, and quietly complex. Notes of tropical fruit, a touch of vanilla, and a refined finish make it as effortless in a cocktail as it is unforgettable on its own.
