After months of blending, bottling, and design obsession, SOIRÉ Blanco is officially live. We’ve handed the first shipment to our distribution partner Park Street, and orders are now moving through AccelPay and our first retail partner Jensen’s Liquors.

The dream became distribution.
The idea became inventory.

We Built Things Differently

SOIRÉ Blanco · Batch 001 brings together aged and unaged Caribbean rums from Barbados, Trinidad, and the Dominican Republic. Selected components are aged up to five years in ex-bourbon barrels. The blend is charcoal-filtered for clarity, with no additives or sweeteners.

The rum is sourced through E&A Scheer and finished in Miami at Little River Distillery. Batch 001 is bottled at 40% ABV.

This went beyond creating another pretty bottle for a shelves.
It was about showing what happens when craftsmanship meets culture.
About redefining how rum is experienced and shared.

Distribution Update

Park Street and AccelPay provide operational routes for distribution and online purchase. These arrangements do not establish sell-through. Current shipping eligibility and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Online orders are available to eligible addresses in 48 states. Purchasers must be 21 or older, with a signature required on delivery.

The work ahead is to turn availability into actual customer demand and measure it accurately.

Born in Miami

We launched from Miami for a reason. The city is energy.
A blend of cultures, sounds, and late nights that define what modern luxury feels like.

SOIRÉ was built for that world.

Our aim is for SOIRÉ to belong at dinners, in cocktails with friends, and among the bottles people choose to bring.

That is an ambition, not a record of community activity.

Every Bottle Has a Soul

Every Batch 001 bottle is individually numbered and has an IYK-powered NFC tag at its base. Tap with a compatible phone to open the bottle’s digital identity and collection experience. NFC alone does not guarantee authenticity.

Keep the bottle if you would like to collect it. Event access, product rewards, and future releases are not guaranteed benefits.

The numbered bottle documents the first release. Participation in additional digital experiences is optional.

Our First Release

We chose to begin with a Caribbean blend, considered packaging, and a documented first batch.

Rum already has deep cultural relevance. We want SOIRÉ to contribute its own contemporary context.

Each pour represents progress - a piece of the culture we’re building.
Our goal is simple: to make SOIRÉ the name people think of when they think of rum done right.

What Comes Next

Further placements, partnerships, and gatherings are ambitions. Current availability should be checked through the shop and official updates.
