E1 MIAMI: A NEW ERA ON THE WATER

Miami has a habit of recognizing the future early.
This season, E1, the world’s first all-electric powerboat racing championship, made its Miami debut, and from the first lap it was clear that this was not a novelty. It felt like the beginning of a new global sport, one built at the intersection of technology, sustainability, performance, and culture.
For SOIRÉ, being part of the first E1 Miami weekend was about being present at the start of something that is clearly going to travel far beyond one city.
We spent the weekend the way these moments deserve to be experienced, together, across water, rooftops, and late nights.
Friday began with a pre-race penthouse gathering and viewing party, setting the tone with friends, partners, and the kind of conversations that only happen when a city feels like it is standing at the edge of something new. From there, we joined Malibu Boats and Wakexscape for an on-the-water viewing experience that felt like a front-row seat to where modern motorsport is headed.
To close the weekend, we joined E1 Team Miami for the official afterparty, where the first Miami chapter of E1 came to an end in the way these weekends should, with the people who built it, supported it, and showed up for it all in the same room.
What made the weekend memorable was the sense of timing.
There is a difference between attending something and arriving at the beginning of it. E1 feels like a platform that will grow into a global stage, and Miami felt like the right place for its first American chapter.
This is where SOIRÉ intends to live.
Close to culture. Close to the future.
Present at the moments that people will look back on and say:
That was the start of something special.
